Today I had interfacciarmi with an SMS gateway external, for sending and check for sms, whose request from my server Coldfusion.
The supplier gave me the address of the gateway (web service):

Virtually useless
As mentioned in the post Google Calendar I wrote the Wind to know if such a service, declared free from Google, has cost them: I did not want to risk.
Compilo the form and after 3 days (perhaps something more) I get this answer by Wind, and indeed by CUSTOMER CARE Wind:
Hello,
with regard to your report,
inform you that you can have all the explanations on
putting in contact with Service
customers to number 155.
But it is a mockery? It took me 15 minutes to fill up their online form, I will answer after days and beyond everything not give me any information decent: a disgrace!
The beauty (both to close) is that by responding to their mail, indicating my negative opinion against their service, the mail back because the sender is non-existent!
And this would be Customer Care? …
